Please read these terms carefully before using this Site.
The following text of the Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is addressed to an indefinite number of persons, visitors of the songreview.org site (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") on the Internet and defines the procedure for using this Site. The user undertakes to fully familiarize himself with this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from using the Site and its services.
Using this Site, including filling out various forms, as well as ordering services using this Site, means your agreement to the terms of this Agreement and to the Site's Privacy Policy located at https://www.songreview.org/privacy_policy/
1. Terms
1.1 Terms used in the text of the Agreement:
"Site" is the songreview.org site;
"Materials" - the information design of the Site, which includes text, graphics, or any other materials;
"Administration" - the administration of the Site;
"User" - any natural person who has ever accessed the Site, viewed information on the Site, or requested or received services using the Site's tools;
"Agreement" - this Agreement and rules of use of the songreview.org website.
1.2. By placing an order on the Site, the User gives his consent to the Administration for the collection and processing (accumulation, storage, adaptation, restoration, use, distribution, depersonalization and destruction) of the data specified by him, namely: surname, first name, patronymic; Email; phone number, address, postal or zip code; ID number; lyrics; song in any type of format; other data, in order to ensure the implementation of sales relations, in order to provide Site's Administation with an ability to provide the services, in order to ensure the implementation of relations in the field of consumer rights protection, in the field of advertising and marketing research, and also gives his consent to the transfer (distribution) of his data to any banks and / or financial institutions, and others to third parties (without limitation) at the discretion of the Administration.
1.3. The source of personal data collection is information directly and voluntarily provided by the User. Based on this information, the User can receive information (sent in any form and by any means) from the Site's customer support, marketing information (sent in any form and by any means), information regarding order fulfillment (sent in any form and by any means), as well as any other notifications (sent in any form and by any means) related to the Site's services.
2. Terms of use of the Site
2.1. The Site and its Content are the property of songreview.org and are protected from unauthorized copying and distribution on the basis of the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights", international conventions and other laws on intellectual property. The User is obliged under no circumstances to copy, distribute, download, transfer, sell, or use in any other way the intellectual property objects of the Site not agreed with the Site Administration.
2.2. The materials posted on the Site are not professional advice for the purpose of providing any psychological, legal, medical services. Therefore, they should not be used as a substitute for consultations with qualified specialists.
2.3. The use of the Site, including its Content, is allowed only for the purpose of familiarization and for the possibility of receiving services provided by the Site Administration. Users have the right to view and download information and materials from the Site only for personal (non-commercial) use, subject to full compliance with legislation in the field of intellectual property protection, and other requirements of current legislation of Ukraine. Commercial and/or public use of materials, information, and other data posted on the Site is prohibited. Any use of materials, information, other data of the Site on other sites without the consent of the right holder is prohibited.
2.4. The use of special software tools or programs for scanning and downloading any materials posted on the Site is prohibited. When using such software products, the User or his account may be blocked indefinitely or deleted without the possibility of recovery.
2.5. The Administration of the Site bears no responsibility for any errors, typographical errors and inaccuracies that may be discovered by the User in the Materials posted on the Site.
2.6. The Administration of the Site is not responsible to any User for the use or incorrect use of services by him. Any advice, consultation, information and/or materials that the User receives using the Site, he uses at his own risk and he is independently responsible for the possible consequences of using the specified services.
2.7. All Users can view the content of the Site, including placing orders on it.
2.8. The User forms the order independently by clicking the "Proceed to Next Step" button on the "Mix Consultation" form.
2.9. After placing the order, the User will be sent a message confirming the order to the contacts specified when placing the order.
2.10. If our team is not able to provide the service to the User, the funds paid will be returned to the User's account.
3. Procedure of the Agreement
3.1. The Administration may at any time without notice to Users make changes to this Agreement, as well as to services, materials, information, to any other data posted on the Site, in particular regarding the price of services.
3.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
3.3. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in the event of a violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and protect copyrights, which are protected in accordance with the law.
The User confirms that he is familiar with all clauses of this agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
