1. How Do I Get a Free Consultation?

To receive your free consultation, please out the Mix Consultation form located on our website and wait for a response from our support team. Once your request is received, we will follow up in the shortest time possible and our team will start working on your project.

2. How Often Can I Use Your Free Consultation Service?

We provide a free consultation once so that you can try our services. However, this is a one-time offer and it can not be used more than once. However, we recommend that you check the newsletters you will receive from our team. They will often include discounts and available promotions. This way you can save and use our service for less.

3. How Much Does Paid Consultation Cost?

If you have already taken advantage of our free consultation, the next consultation will be available for $19.

4. What Input Can I Receive from You After the Consultation?

Our consultation will include a comprehensive review of your project and suggestions for its improvement. The consultation is provided in writing and will be sent to your email address.

5. When Will I Receive My Ordered Consultation?

Our maximum time frame for reviewing your project is 7 days. Even though we will try to give it a shot in the shortest time possible, it may happen that we will need an additional time. That may happen when we will have to listen to the track a few times, or may need to take a break for a few days to form a more detailed response. Such breaks (for a few days) usually help to get a "fresh" look.

6. What Payment Methods Can I Use?

Our payment provider accepts the most popular payment methods: Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay and Google Pay services.

7. Will I Be Able to Get My Money Back?

You can always get your money back if work on your project has not yet started (i.e. our team has not started listening to your song). However, if we have spent time checking your song, then unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.

8. Will You Issue Refund If the Service Will Not Be Provided?

Yes, of course. If our team is unable to provide you with advice on how to improve your track, we will refund the funds paid back to your account.

9. What Happens If My Song Does Not Need Any Changes?

If our specialists decide that your song does not need any corrections to be made and can be published in the current state, then in this case we will inform you about such good news first, but then we will still be forced to charge you for checking your work. Also, we will be happy to consider the possibility of placing your project in one of our playlists on Spotify.

10. Will You Be Able to Provide Professional Advice?

Our team will do everything possible to carefully listen to your track and provide professional advice on the quality of the submitted material. We are always ready and glad to help you, but in case we cannot give you advice that will improve your work, we will issue a refund on the payment you've submitted.

11. How to Reach Your Customer Service?

We will happily answer your questions, and will try to respond as quickly as possible. Please note that we work from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a day off.
