Privacy Policy

This personal information privacy policy (hereinafter - the Policy) establishes the procedure for obtaining, processing, using and disclosing the User's personal data and applies to all information that the songreview.org site (hereinafter - the Site) can receive from the User during the use of any services of the Site.

The use of this Site, including filling out various forms, as well as requesting and/or ordering services using this Site, means the User's unquestionable consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal data specified therein. In case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using and/or requesting services offered by the Site.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy is an integral part of the Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement") posted and available at https://www.songreview.org/terms_conditions/ and defines the procedure for processing personal data of persons using the Site.

1.2. The purpose of this privacy policy is to ensure proper protection of information about the User, including his personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.

1.3. By concluding this Agreement, the User freely, of his own free will and in his own interests gives his indefinite, irrevocable written consent to any methods of processing his personal data, as well as any action or set of actions carried out with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, in particular the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, update, change, use, extraction, transmission, blocking, deletion, destruction of the User's personal data for the purposes established by this Policy.

2. Terms and purposes of collecting and processing the User's personal data

2.1. Within the framework of this Policy, "personal data of the User" means data that is automatically transmitted by the User of the Site during its use with the help of the software installed on the User's device, in particular, the IP address, information about the User's browser (or other program through which access is to the Site), technical characteristics of equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Services, addresses of requested pages and other similar information.

2.2. The User's personal data, such as: the User's full name, the User's contact phone number, the e-mail address (e-mail), as well as additional information provided by the User, are transferred by the User to the Site Administration with the User's consent.

2.3. The site collects and stores only that personal information that is required to provide services to the User, provide the User with advertising information or to fulfill the Agreement with the User, except for cases where the law provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for a period defined by law.

2.4. The Site Administration processes the User's personal data (such as the User's full name, e-mail address, as well as additional information provided by the User with his consent) for the following purposes:

- User identification;
- Establishing feedback with the User;
- The Site collects the User's IP address in order to identify the User's browser and optimize the User's interaction with the Site. All information is collected by the Site "as is" and does not change during the data collection process;
- Provision of services to the User and execution of the Agreement with the User;
- Communication with the User, in particular the direction of messages, requests and information related to the use of the Site, the execution of the Agreement, as well as the processing of requests and applications from the User;
- Sending User newsletters, letters, messages, e-mails, or any other messages of any type and format and sent by any means (for example, with information about services or special offers); 
- Improvement of the quality of the Site, ease of use, development of new services of the Site;
- Providing the User with advertising information.

2.5. This Policy can be applied only to the information processed in the process of using the Site. The Administration of the Site does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party sites to which the User can go by accessing links which may be available on the Site.

2.6. The Site Administration does not verify the authenticity of the personal data provided by the User, and is not able to assess its effectiveness. However, the Site Administration takes into account that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.

3. Terms of storage and use of personal data

3.1. The User's personal data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose specified in accordance with this Policy and Agreement.

3.2. The Site Administration has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties. For example, the Site may use a third-party services to send e-mails, newsletters, marketing materials, special offers, advertisements and other types of messages in any format and by any means to the User (for example, use a service like, ConstantContact.com, to send newsletters and other messages to the User; another example, use any services which provide a service to send SMS messages, Viber messages, other messages sent over the social networks, etc.)

3.3. The User can at any time request the Site Administration to change (update, supplement), delete the personal information provided by him or part of it.

3.4. The User is aware of and accepts the possibility of placing third-party software on the Site pages, as a result of which such persons may receive depersonalized data. The specified third-party software may include, among others:

- systems for collecting visit statistics (for example, Google Analytics counters, etc.);
- social plugins (blocks) of social networks (for example, Facebook, etc.);
- banner display systems (for example, AdMixer, etc.);
- other systems for collecting depersonalized information.

3.5. The Site Administration takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from illegal or accidental access to them, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with them by third parties.

4. Liability of the parties

4.1. In case of violation of the legislation on the protection of confidential information, as well as the provisions of this privacy policy, the parties bear the responsibility established by law.

4.2. In disputes that arise from the relationship between the User and the Site Administration, the priority is to resolve the dispute in a pre-trial procedure by presenting a claim.

4.3. In the event that the dispute is not resolved in the pre-trial procedure, the parties may contact the court in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

4.4. Current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Site Administration.

5. Other terms

5.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Policy. When changes are made to the Privacy Policy, the Site Administration notifies the User of this by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the website at https://www.songreview.org/privacy_policy/ The new version of the Policy enters into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
